On October 10, 2013 the Cumberland City Police Department served a criminal summons on Shenay Symone Bright, age 22 of Cumberland, Maryland. The summons charges Bright with 4th degree breaking and entering and disturbing the peace. The victim in this matter alleged that on October 1, 2013, Bright was outside her residence yelling at her. When the victim went inside her residence, Bright entered the residence uninvited and threatened to assault her. Bright was served with the summons and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

Charges: Breaking and Entering 4th and Disturbing the Peace.
Criminal Summons Served
On October 10, 2013 the Cumberland City Police Department served a criminal summons on Tammy Rae Green, age 44 of Cumberland, Maryland. The summons charges Green with theft less than $100 and CDS possession not marijuana. The victim in this matter alleged that on October 3, 2013, Green obtained his prescription medication from Potomac Valley Pharmacy without his permission. The medication was later retrieved by the pharmacy from Green but 20 pills were found to be missing from the bottle. Green was served with the summons and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
Arrested: Tammy Rae Green Age: 44 of Cumberland, Maryland
Charges: Theft less than $100 and CDS possession not marijuana.
Arrest Warrant Served
On October 10, 2013 the Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Elaina Dawn Harper, age 18 of Lavale, Maryland. The warrant charges Harper with failing to appear in court. Harper was served with the warrant and taken before the Allegany County District Court Commissioner. At the conclusion of the hearing, Harper was released on her own personal recognizance.

Charge: Bench Warrant Failure to Appear.
Domestic Assault Arrest
On October 10, 2013, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to 464 Goethe Street for a report of a domestic assault. Upon the officers arrival they contacted the victim, and a witness to the incident. Both the victim and the witness stated that they were seated in the kitchen when the suspect, Patricia Jenkins came home. Jenkins was upset about lending the victim money and not being repaid. As the two began to argue, Jenkins allegedly struck the victim, knocking her from the chair. The victim said that once she fell on the ground, Jenkins kicked her in the back, scratched her face, and began to strangle her. Officers were able to observe several scratches on the victim's nose, chin and check. Jenkins was placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing. Jenkins was later taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioners office for her initial appearance. At the conclusion of the hearing, Jenkins was released on her own personal recognizance.
