On Friday there was a motor vehicle collision involving 3 vehicles on Leitersburg Pike at Herman Myers Rd, Washington County. A BMW 528I, had been traveling WB and struck the rear of a Ford F150 which had been stopped WB waiting to make a left turn onto Herman Myers Rd. After being struck, the Ford was pushed into the EB lane striking a Dodge Intrepid head on. The driver of the BMW, Sheng Guo a 21 year old male from Hagerstown was released on scene. The driver of the Ford, Richard Ginn Jr, a 71 year old male from Hagerstown was transported to Meritus Medical Center for injuries. Both the driver of the Dodge, Emilee Grah, a 25 year old male from Smithsburg and passenger, an 8 year old male were transported to Meritus Medical Center for injuries
