Books-A-Million at the Country Club Mall recently conducted a donation drive to support the public school libraries in Allegany County. These books will be distributed to all of the media centers at the elementary, middle, and high schools. This contribution will enhance students’ access to reading materials and assist in keeping the school library collection current. The Allegany County Public School System is fortunate to have Books-A-Million, and the members of the community who participated, recognizing the importance of school library media programs and the benefits to student achievement. With our sincere thanks, the Board of Education values Books-A-Million as a partner in education!
