The third in a series of WCBC Candidates Forums is set for this evening at Allegany College of Maryland headlined by the two men seeking the office of Mayor in Cumberland. In the June Primary Election, challenger Raymond Morriss, a retired CSX employee, finished slightly ahead of incumbent Brian Grim in a crowded field that featured a total of seven candidates. Morriss was the top vote getter with 1,244 with Grim coming in second just 132 votes behind. The two men clashed on several issues in the primary debate back in June including the future of the downtown mall….
