An early morning fire that started in a parked car on Fulton Street has been ruled an arson. The Friday blaze which started at approximately 4:57 AM, originated in a late model car before spreading to another vehichle and damaging the front of a residence. Both vehicles totaled $1,000 with losses to the residence estimated at $2500. Anyone with information is asked to call the Maryland Fire Marshal @ 301 729 5021.
