US Senator Ben Cardin will be in Cumberland Monday, and part of his tour will include a roundtable discussion on Rural Health Care and Education at the Western Maryland Area Health Education Center, which is located on the Downtown Cumberland Mall.
That meeting is set for 2 PM.
Cardin will then join Democratic Party officials and enthusiasts at 3 PM for the opening of Democratic Election Headquarters at 47 Baltimore Street.
