The Cumberland City Police Department along with the Combined County Criminal Investigation Unit (C3I) is conducting an ongoing missing person’s investigation that was reported on December 18, 2018. Skylyn Gilman of Cumberland, Maryland was reported missing to the Cumberland City Police Department by her mother. Gilman was last seen on December 12, 2018 at approximately 11:00 am in the area of Liberty Street in Cumberland, Maryland. Gilman made contact with her mother on Saturday, December 15, 2018, which was the last time she was heard from.
Gilman is 21 years old and reported to be approximately 5’02” and weighing approximately 105 pounds. She has shoulder length straight brown hair with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt. Gilman is described as having a tattoo on her finger and an additional tattoo on her stomach.
