On Saturday, Cumberland Police responded to the 200 block of Maryland Avenue for a disturbance involving several individuals.
When officers arrived, contact with made with Crystal Dawn Frame who was intoxicated. Officers also made contact with a neighbor who alleged that Frame and a female juvenile assaulted him. While on scene, Frame and the juvenile continued to create a disturbance in the officer’s presence.
Both Frame and the juvenile were eventually arrested after warnings to quit causing a disturbance. The juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct and assault. Frame was charged with disorderly conduct, fail to obey a lawful order, affray, and assault. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and released on her own personal recognizance pending trial.
