On Saturday, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Shanna Marie Lantz.
The warrant was issued on 6/10/16 due to Lantz failing to appear for her court case at the District Court of Allegany County.
The original charge was for Neglect of a Minor. Officers located Lantz at her residence. Lantz was placed under arrest, processed, and taken to the District Court Commissioner’s Office where she was released on her personal recognizance.
