On Monday, October 5th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Nickoli Dundar Cakus charging him with CDS possession not marijuana. The summons was issued by District Court in reference to an incident back on September 7th, 2020 when police found Cakus in possession of suboxone the he could not provide a prescription for. He signed and received copies of the charging documents.
