On Thursday, January 23rd, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Brandon Bryan Butler. The warrants were issued by District Court for failing to appear for trials back in February and August, 2019 for numerous charges including possession with the intent to distribute narcotics, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a bond of $25,500.
