On Monday, March 9^th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Loudon Day Baker III for failure to follow the conditions of his probation ordered by District Court back on April 25^th, 2019.  He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released after posting a $500 bond.

Bench Warrant Served

On Monday, March 9^th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Justin Michael Skiff for failing to appear for trial in District Court back on March 3^rd, 2020 for assault and malicious destruction of property charges.  He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.

Violation of Probation

On Monday, March 9^th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant Stephanie Michelle Faith for failing to following the conditions of her probation ordered by District Court back on March 11^th, 2019 for a driving while impaired by drugs charge.  She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on her own personal recognizance pending trial.
