DDC Reports on Parking Improvements Downtown

The Downtown Development Commission is continuing to work toward possible solutions to what many believe is a parking problem in Cumberland. There is some debate as to whether there is an actual shortage of parking, or if it is  simply a perception that there is limited availability.  A meeting of stakeholders, city officials, law enforcement, business owners and the public on the parking situation was held early last year and several pages of recommendations and suggestions were collected.
