Day two of the Allegany County Board of Zoning Appeals hearing on a proposed wind farm project atop Dan’s Mountain saw several more hours of expert testimony take up much of the morning and afternoon. Dan’s Mountain Wind Force has applied for a special exception and variances. Matt Brewer, of Bennett, Brewer and Associates, is a consultant for the applicant and his testimony centered on the environmental impact- including the issue of radio and telecommunications towers in the vicinity of the project..
