On 11/11/2018 at approximately 4:00 PM the Cumberland City Police were dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of East Union Street for trespassing complaint. Upon arrival officers observed a clearly posted No Trespassing sign on the exterior of the residence. Officers contacted several individuals on the porch of the residence, none of which were the homeowner or tenant. Officers issued criminal citations for trespassing to Daniel Scott Wise, Gary Lee Smith, Rick Franklin Imes, Darrell Wayne Holler, and Jeremy James Arnold. The subjects left the area after receiving their citations.

Gary Lee Smith (39) Cumberland, MD

Rick Franklin Imes (48) Cumberland, MD

Darrell Wayne Holler (57) Cumberland, MD

Jeremy James Arnold (39) Cumberland, MD

 

All charged with one count of Trespassing  Private Property
