Prescribe Change Allegany County’s mission is to create awareness and educate the citizens of Allegany County about the growing crisis of opioid prescription drugs, and heroin misuse and abuse in our community. In early September a four mile race was held at the C. Eugene Mason Sports Complex in South Cumberland with 100% of Race Entry Fees going to the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #90 to Support Drug Prevention, Awareness, and Recovery Programs .
