Cumberland Mayor, Brian Grim, was a special guest on the Dave Norman Show, Thursday morning. The Mayor read a proclamation from the City of Cumberland naming Friday, August 7th as Joel Bonnan Day in the City. Bonnan has been the chief meterologist for WCBC Radio for over 35 years providing daily forecasts in good weather and bad. He has announced his retirement as of Friday.
