Garrett County Sheriff’s Deputies have charged a 65 year old Swanton man with sexually abusing a child. Patrick Gary was arrested following an investigation by the department’s criminal division. He is lodged in the Garrett County Detention Center, charged with sexual abuse of a minor, child abuse, attempted second degree rape, perverted practices, third degree sex offense, fourth degree sex offense and second degree assault.
