Wednesday at noon, Maryland’s Governor-elect Larry Hogan will drop the “elect” part of that title when he is officially sworn in as the state’s new governor. A republican taking the office after eight years of what many view as a very progressive agenda pushed through by Democrat Martin O’Malley could lead to some philosophical battles in the next four years. Hogan doesn’t see that playing out- as he has campaigned from day one as wanting to work across the aisle, in a non partisan manner, developing mutual objectives to help the citizens of Maryland…
