Maryland Senate President Still Opposes Same Sex Marriage

In 2012, the state of Maryland became one of a handful of states passing legislation in support of same sex marriage. Since that time many other states have moved in that direction and just last month the Supreme Court voted 5-4 making the United States  the twenty-first and most populous country to legalize same-sex marriage.  Maryland Senate President Mike Miller opposed the state law three years ago, and hasn’t changed his opinion. Miller said he stands by his beliefs in “traditional marriage”…
