The Maryland Department of Transportation's State Highway Administration (SHA) advises motorists that a section of MD 135 between WV Route 46 and Grant Street is temporarily closed.
SHA crews are removing some of the debris and are coordinating a local detour. Engineers and geologists will soon begin assessing the roadway and the stability of the adjacent slope.
Local travelers are advised to remain alert for traffic signs and workers in the area. For additional information about other State routes in the area please visit www.MD511.org
