The Allegany County Board of Education’s Student Service Division has issued a criminal summons on 38 year old Candy Roy, of Cumberland, alleging she failed to send her child to school on numerous occasions since the beginning of the school year. She was served by City Police and released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
