On Saturday, Cumberland Police responded to an establishment on Pershing Street in reference to an individual that was told by staff that he could not enter.
When officers arrived, the male was identified as Dominic Destefano was observed arguing with the staff. Officers told Destefano that he needed to leave and he could not enter unitl permission was granted by staff members. Destefano did leave as advised and was observed by officers attempting to get back into the establishment on two other occasions after being told that he was not allowed to.
Destefano was arrested and charged with trespassing, fail to obey a lawful order, and disorderly intoxication. He was issued criminal citations and released pending trial at District Court.
Arrested: Dominic William Destefano, age; 22, Cumberland, Maryland.
