Disorderly Arrest
Officers were dispatched to the Martins Market on Park St. for a report of two subjects who were refusing to leave the store after being told to do so by store security. The security officer was contacted and advised that he had asked the subjects to leave and they refused to. He further advised that he had a problem with the one subject yesterday. The officers then made contact with the subject and asked him if he was asked to leave the store by the security officer. He advised that he was but didn’t like the way the security officer asked him to leave. The officer then told the subject he needed to leave the store. At this time the subject jumped up from his seat and began to yell and leave the store. He was advised to stop yelling but continued to yell and create a disturbance. He was placed under arrest and transported to PH where he was issued a Criminal Citation and released.
