On Thursday, March 19th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Scott David Collins. The warrant was issued by Garrett County Circuit for violating his probation on a burglary charge. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention until he can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
Scott David Collins, age; 36, Oakland, Maryland.
