As a precaution and at the request of the School Resource Officer, South Penn Elementary School, Washington Middle School, and Fort Hill High School are currently were placed in LOCK IN this morning as the result of police presence in the community. According to a statement, there was no threat to students or staff. The Lock In was lifted just after 9:30
