OAKLAND – On Tuesday, Detectives from the Garrett County Narcotics Task Force testified before the Grand Jury for Garrett County. The cases presented are the results of investigations conducted by the Task Force into the distribution of methamphetamine and buprenorphine and other related drug charges. The following indictments were handed down:
Jeremy Ray Guthrie, 31, Oakland, Maryland
- 3 Counts – Distribution of methamphetamine
- 3 Counts – Possession w/ Intent to distribute methamphetamine
- 1 Count – Possession w/ Intent to distribute methamphetamine in a school zone
- 3 Counts – Conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine
- 3 Counts – Conspiracy to possess w/ Intent to distribute methamphetamine
- 1 Count – Conspiracy to distribute not marijuana in a school zone
- 1 Count – Conspiracy to possess w/ intent to distribute CDS in a school zone
- 1 Count – Conspiracy to distribute fake CDS
- 1 Count – Conspiracy to possess w/ intent to distribute fake CDS
- 3 Counts – Possession of not marijuana
Christina Lynn Derkas, 31, Oakland, Maryland
- 3 Counts – Distribution of methamphetamine
- 3 Counts – Possession w/ Intent to distribute methamphetamine
- 1 Count – Distribution of methamphetamine in a school zone
- 1 Count – Possession w/ Intent to distribute methamphetamine in a school zone
- 3 Counts – Conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine
- 1 Count – Distribution of fake CDS
- 1 Count – Possession w/ Intent to distribute fake CDS
- 3 Counts – Conspiracy to possess w/ Intent to distribute methamphetamine
- 1 Count – Conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in a school zone
- 1 Count – Conspiracy to possess w/ intent to distribute methamphetamine in a school zone
- 1 Count – Conspiracy to distribute fake CDS
