Maryland Delegate David Vogt was a guest on the Dave Norman Program this morning talking about the main points and issues surrounding the Congressional race in Maryland. Vogt commented on the passing of Supreme Court Scalia, and how given the replacement, could potentially affect the Second Amendment; as well as talking about legislation that aims at domestic terrorism.
