Yesterday, our area was under a flood watch, and warning or advisories were posted all around us as storms held steady over the same areas.
Fortunately, we didn’t have major issues.
Two years ago, West Virginia had massive flooding in central parts of the state, and the recovery has been slow. National Guard Major General James Hoyer took over the effort earlier this year, and held a press conference to address changes that have been made in agreements with the federal government…
