American Legion Grave Markers Stolen From Cecil County Cemetery

Police are investigating the theft of 30 American Legion grave markers from a cemetery in Calvert.

The thefts happened between Saturday and Tuesday morning at the Rosebank Cemetery at Telegraph and North East roads, Maryland State Police said. A caretaker reported the thefts.

The markers hold a miniature American flag and mark the graves of service members. Anyone with information about those behind the thefts or the location of the stolen markers is asked to call the North East Barrack at 410-996-7800 and reference case No. 19-MSP-047045.
