On Wednesday, October 14^th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment on Moses Eugene Dupree for CDS possession with the intent to distribute a narcotic.  He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond until he can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.

Bench Warrant Served

 

On Wednesday, October 14^th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Laura Summer Green.  The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to appear for trial on October 2^nd, 2020 on assault, theft, and disorderly conduct charges.  She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $2,000 bond.

Summonses Served

 

On Wednesday, October 14^th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Joshua Aron Twigg charging him with 2^nd degree assault.  The summons was issued by District Court in reference to an incident that occurred back on October 10^th, 2020 in the area of Baltimore Avenue for allegedly throwing brick at a juvenile male.  Twigg signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.

On Wednesday, October 14^th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Xianna Letese Kesler charging her with 4^th degree burglary, 2^nd degree assault, theft, and stalking.  The summons was issued by District Court in reference to a complaint filed at the District Court Commissioner’s office that occurred back on October 1^st, 2020 at an Oak Street residence.  She signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.

On Wednesday, October 14^th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Kendall Marie Robinson charging her with CDS possession not marihuana.  The summons was issued by District Court in reference to an incident October 4^th, 2020 in the area of Industrial Blvd. when she was stopped by police for a traffic violation and found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine.  Robinson signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.
