Assault with a brick among police calls

On Wednesday, October 14th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment on Moses Eugene Dupree for CDS possession with the intent to distribute a narcotic.  He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond until he can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.

Bench Warrant Served

 

On Wednesday, October 14th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Laura Summer Green.  The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to appear for trial on October 2nd, 2020 on assault, theft, and disorderly conduct charges.  She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $2,000 bond.

Summonses Served

 

On Wednesday, October 14th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Joshua Aron Twigg charging him with 2nd degree assault.  The summons was issued by District Court in reference to an incident that occurred back on October 10th, 2020 in the area of Baltimore Avenue for allegedly throwing brick at a juvenile male.  Twigg signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.

On Wednesday, October 14th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Xianna Letese Kesler charging her with 4th degree burglary, 2nd degree assault, theft, and stalking.  The summons was issued by District Court in reference to a complaint filed at the District Court Commissioner’s office that occurred back on October 1st, 2020 at an Oak Street residence.  She signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.

On Wednesday, October 14th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Kendall Marie Robinson charging her with CDS possession not marihuana.  The summons was issued by District Court in reference to an incident October 4th, 2020 in the area of Industrial Blvd. when she was stopped by police for a traffic violation and found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine.  Robinson signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.
