Allegany County Board of Education President Robert Farrell was a guest on WCBC's "Dave Norman Show" to discuss the news that Wayne Foote will likely be removed from the board for miscondcut in office.

    “WE just don’t know . . ” – the guiding light of today’s BOE. It inspires confidence. You can almost hear kids getting dumber.

    Let us also remember that WCBC gave Mr. Foote the shovel to bury himself with most of the allegations against him.

      Interesting that the board president uses phrases like “I have no idea and we just don’t know” and at the same time the WCBC website is floating possible replacements for Wayne.

    Bob Farrell knew about Footes sexual misconduct before the election. I think you need to keep better friends and get your head examined if you think a “good Christian man” is someone who gropes women and offers up a view of his crotch to his peers.
