According to Senator Shelly Moore Capito, President Donald Trump likely will have a hard time following through with a plan to have Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents deport millions of immigrants beginning next week as there are not enough resources for that to happen. The West Virginia Republican, appearing on CNN’s “New Day” program Wednesday morning, said she feels cooler heads will prevail and it’s unlikely there will be a serious effort at mass deportation….
