On Friday, May 22nd the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Marquis Lamar King for violation of probation. The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to follow the conditions of his probation order by the court in December, 2019 for a Driving under the influence charge. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.
