Lame ALCO locals can’t even run a dump dependably. We are lucky they weren’t allowed to mess with chlorine.

Why in the world would a big corporation want to put a CLOROX Plant in Western Maryland? There is absolutely NO NEED, as there are NO WHITE-COLOR JOBS here, hence no local need for bleach. That’s a NO-BRAINER!

      > I noticed that you are spreading this comment around to even non related news items. If you read the original news item you would find out that the plant is owned by the Clorox Corp. but is intended to produce cat litter not bleach. Clorox is the owner not the product.

        > I had not seen the cat litter report and only the article of the 18th noting that the area has been a “finalist” for a “Clorox manufacturing facility” and presumed it might be a facility manufacturing Clorox. Be that as it may, the comments to the article I saw were themselves commented upon by a woman calling Dave Norman this morning. She said that she was saddened by what people “had wrote” disparaging the locals. While she could not say that the remarks were unwarranted, she did say that things are bad everywhere and might possibly be even worse some places than they are here. Dave agreed.
