On July 25, 2019 officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to the area of Frederick Street and Welch Avenue for a disturbance. Upon the officers arrival they located Jason Apollo Crabtree standing in the middle of Frederick Street yelling and screaming. The officers observed a vehicle swerve and stop to avoid striking Crabtree. Crabtree who appeared to be under the influence was placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department. Crabtree was processed, served and issued a criminal citation. Crabtree was released pending a trial date in District Court.

Charge: Disorderly Conduct
