At approximately 5:46 p.m.,officers responded to a Baltimore Avenue residence for a man with a knife. Officers arrived and made contact with the female victim. She stated that Timothy Adam Spiker was threatening everyone inside the residence with a knife prior to the officer’s arrival. The weapon that was used during the incident was located and seized by officers. An application for charges was filed at District Court based on the victim’s statement. A warrant was issued by the District Court Commissioner and at approximately 1120pm Spiker was located by officers and taken into custody. Spiker was processed and taken before the Commissioner for his initial appearance. Spiker was held without bond and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center.

Charges: 1st & 2nd Degree assault, Disorderly conduct, and Disturbance of the peace
