On Friday September 13, 2019, the Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Maggie Keller, age 18 of Cumberland. The Warrant stemmed from August 30, 2019 incident where Keller was transported the Allegany County Detention Center after arrest. Once at the Detention Center a search of Keller revealed a small amount of CDS. Subsequently, an Application for charges was submitted at District Court. Charges were then issued for CDS possession not marijuana and possessing CDS in a place of confinement. Keller was served with the Criminal Summons and released to await trial on this case in District Court.
