The City of Cumberland Christmas is reminding residents about tree removal services being offered by Burgmeier's Hauling –Place your Christmas tree out on the curb on any of your trash days, and Burgmeier’s will remove it.
If you prefer to recycle your live Christmas tree, you can take it to the County Recycling Center at 975 Kelly Road through Jan. 26. Remove all ornaments, lights and tinsel, and no flocked trees.
After Jan 26, live Christmas trees may be dropped off at the Allegany County Mulch and Yard Trim Recycling Site on PPG Road.
