The Cumberland mayor and city council this week voted unanimously to raise nearly $4 miillion through a municipal bond sale for a wide variety of projects. Why is the City borrowing more money and adding to the debt when things just got back in order? Are tax increases next? This is a really stupid move. STOP CREATING MORE DEBT!
