Columbia Gas Construction Projects Slated for Dingle, Decatur Heights areas

The City of Cumberland Engineering Department would like to notify the public on the behalf of Columbia Gas of Maryland that between January and July 2021 there will be construction performed in the Dingle region of the City on the following streets:

 

Fayette Street

Mount Royal Avenue

Camden Avenue

Greene Street

Braddock Road

MacDonald Terrace

Calvert Terrace

LeFevre Road

Luteman Road

 

At intermittent times, roads will be closed or flagged to safely facilitate construction between 7am-5pm. Vehicles will be detoured during full road closures and future press releases will be issued to notify the public of overnight road closures. All roads in the project limits are expected to be open to traffic at the end of each work day and on weekends.

 

Construction is expected to last approximately 6 months.
