Hopefully his misbehavior was a good bit more elegant in his younger years.

To start. I see no theft listed in the charges so it is clear that a 68 year old man. Seeing that there is no report if a confrontation, only that he injured himself. So why is he charged with not 1 but 2 assault charges and disorderly conduct charge but anymore, they seem to add that onto anything that happens in public. I see it as an old 68 year old man, known not to have stable place to live. I believe that he is known to be in places to sleep. I also know that how do you get an assault with no confrontation. I’ve been there and I’m almost positive if you look at the paperwork it is probably assault on the officers and I know because they pulled that kind of crap on me in 2015 ad expected me to just plead guilty… Not. I hope someone gets this case that will be his lawyer instead of kissing someone else’s
…. Maybe then he will get a fair trial. If not he might be getting a sentence. I wish they had some originality. Using what’s old and they’ve played before… I wish they’d come up with something intriguing and up to date, original !!!
