On 12/27/2020 at approximately 11:30 AM the Cumberland City Police Department responded to the 900 block of Park Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers spoke to the complainant who advised that they were driving and a male punched the side of their vehicle. There was visible damage to the vehicle as a result of the suspect’s actions. Officers located the male and identified him as Gregory Allen Mellott II. Mr. Mellott was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the police station. Mr. Mellott was issued a criminal citation and was released pending trial in District Court.
Arrested – Gregory Allen Mellott II (19) Cumberland, MD
Charge – Malicious Destruction of Property less than $1,000.00
