On 1/14/2021 the Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on K’Shaun Malik Powell. Mr. Powell failed to appear in District Court for a previous driving without a license charge. Mr. Powell was taken before a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.
