On Saturday, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Potomac Street residence for the report of a male violating a peace order. When officers arrived, contact was made with complainants who told officers that they found Kymani Isaiah Tillery in their house and he was recently served with a court order prohibiting him from entering the residence. Officers confirmed that the order was active and Tillery was arrested. He was charged with violating a peace order and taken before the District Court Commissioner for a bond review. He was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.
