On Wednesday October 2nd, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Springdale address for a reported assault. Upon officers arrival they spoke with the victim who stated that Kylie Ann Burkett had grabbed her by the hair and began to strike her head off of objects in the residence. Burkett was then placed under arrest and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where she was held without bond.
