Cumberland Woman Arrested On Identity Theft/Credit Card Fraud Charges

On Wednesday, March 4th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Loretta Jo Lynn Knippenberg for theft scheme, identity theft, and credit card fraud.  The warrant was issued based on an incident that was reported to police on February 5th, 2020 when Knippenberg was suspected of using someone else’s debit card on four different occasions to withdraw money from their bank account.  She was taken before the District Court Commissioner for a bond review and was released pending trial after posting bond.

Lorretta Jo Lynn Knippenberg, age; 30, Cumberland, Maryland.

    Once a criminal always a criminal. Husband and children yet you are stealing from innocent people certainly a family trait of hers. Get a job and quit stealing and by the looks of it maybe she should have a drug class or rehab as well! Cumberland trash!
