Dan’s Mountain Windmill Hearing postponed

The Maryland Public Service Commission, as a result of Coronavirus, has announced that it has postponed a public hearing on the Dan's Mountain Windmill project that had been scheduled for this coming Thursday at Frostburg State University. The hearing will be postponed for at least four weeks.

    Don’t worry, a postponement of 4 weeks will just give the flat-earthers and conspiracy theorists that much more time go get worked up before the hearing.

    We have people in this county who support the continued use of coal as a power source. Coal effects air quality and we have seen what coal did to Carlos. Still, we hear these pitiful arguments against wind farms by pretty much the same people who support coal.

    At what point do we simply admit that these people don’t care about the environment or the price of real estate, they only care about their cause, misguided as it is.
