Former Allegany County Board of Education member Wayne Foote broke his silence Friday when he joined WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show’ for his first interview since the state took action to remove him from the local school board. Foote was removed by the board following a ten month process for neglect of duty and misconduct in office. Foote was joined on the show by his local attorney George Mac McKinley

I tried to listen to the complete 33 minute interview but I had to stop after 16 minutes.
I have no idea whether or not Wayne Foote did or did not do what he has been accused of.
I had to stop listening because I found his English grammar and word usage atrocious.
To make matters worse is knowing that he was a school teacher and served on the Board of Education.
How can this happen?

It’s very damning but also very typical that Mr. Foote would air his grievances on the low-level and trashy Aydellotte show. The gossip channel continues to live up to its name.
