The ball is now in the court of the state board of education following this week’s deadline for embattled Allegany County School Board member Wayne Foote to respond to accusations of inappropriate behavior and sexual innuendos. Foote’s attorney George “Mac” McKinley, appearing on WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show”, said that the response was sent well in advance of Wednesday’s deadline.
